4 Week Ready, Steady, Go Programme: Perfect if you are looking for a light touch way to lose a few stubborn pounds, regain energy and have some inspiration for new and fun staple meals. The programme includes an assessment of your current diet, a personalied recommendation for changes, three weekly face to face guidance sessions ( these need to be remotely currently) to ensure weekly weight loss and a one month menu plan full of ideas for new and achievable meals. At the end of one month and with guidance, you will have lost weight, gained energy and have a good understanding of the principles of how to eat well. You will also have a roadmap to continue losing weight if necessary.
8 Week Diet Transformation Programme: This 8 week programme is perfect if you would like weekly support in losing weight, re-energising, breaking some old habits and feeling in control of your diet again. As well as an assessment of your current diet and personalised recommendations for change, you will benefit from 8 weekly F2F guidance sessions to ensure regular weight loss. This will help clarify how to adapt your diet week by week so that you can enjoy gentle and regular weight loss and most importantly, a change in habits. You will also recieve an 8 week seasonal menu plan and a weekly work book and kitchen jotter to help you on your journey.
12 Week Food & Fitness Transformation Programme: This programme is perfect if you need a complete diet and fitness MOT. Over the course of 12 weeks, we will work together with a Personal Trainer to change your diet and fitness habits so that you are healthier, fitter and lighter. In terms of diet, as well as an assessment and personalised recommendations for change, you will benefit from 6 bi- weekly F2F guidance sessions to ensure regular weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way. Guidance will help clarify how to adapt your diet week by week so that you can enjoy gentle and regular weight loss and most importantly, a change in habits. You will receive a 3 month seasonal menu plan for inspiration for new meals as well as an opportunity in weekly sessions to discuss health related issues such as immunity, hormonal health, or fatigue and stress. In terms of fitness, you will enjoy a personalised fitness plan, bi-weekly hourly fitness sessions, access to materials in between sessions to maintain your fitness plan ( using videos and notes) as well as access to Simply Fit Wales membersion for the duration of the 12 week plan.
